This lineup explores mental wellness with some fun, explorative work to lift your mood and anchor your spirit. Use this lineup when you need to break through a funk or shift your perspective. Kick off the week with a fun flow class with blocks, some MFR to lift your mood, and a conditioning class for an active cathartic release. Then segway to a restorative emotional reset class, a flow class to melt anxiety and a flow to rejuvenate you from the inside out. The mediation will help you replenish your reservoir of patience anytime you need it.
