For the busy movers & shakers of this world, this lineup gives you some quick doses of movement & strength alongside the much needed restorative practices to help support vitality and energy for the long haul. Movement is such an important part of our lives and the basis for so much of our health and wellness, however the moments of restorative stillness in our week can be just as critical mini doses of nourishment for sustained energy. A moderately-paced 60mins class, suitable for yogis of all levels, with a focus on function and moving mindfully. We’ll do just enough work to feel connected, limber and strong, and to more fully enjoy rest and relaxation in savasana. There will be options to spice things up for those wanting a slightly stronger practice! Please have a blanket or beach towel for class.
