Liver Detox Week
This lineup is all about detox and letting go of what is no longer needed. Use this lineup as part of a longer detox or as a mini session of its own. You’ve got three active practices to clear out the nooks & the crannies and a conditioning class to really shake some things up. For a more 3-dimensional approach to detox you’ll also get some MFR to dig a little deeper, a restorative recharge and a meditation for productivity to keep you on track.
