Calm & Steady
We’ve created this weekly lineup to help ease stress & anxiety so you can put this one on repeat when you’re in a high stress period. You’ve got a flow to bring you back to the now, some MFR to specifically target your tissues & your nervous system, a purposeful & strategic movement based conditioning class to transform that stress & anxiety to a more calm state, followed by a deeply nourishing yin practice to quiet the mind. On Saturday you’ll indulge in a longer practice that consists of the first half movement based and the second half restorative to calm you to your core. You also have a calming pranayama practice you can use anytime you need it. Use this lineup to calm the body & mind using movement & stillness as a medium to transform restlessness to tranquility.
