We know how good yoga makes us feel, but it can be intimidating to restart practice after the inevitable disruptions that life creates. These mellow, well-rounded sequences are light on props, technical and anatomical details to give you space to focus on your breath and your body. No props are specifically required, but you are welcome to have whatever you would normally use on hand. Practice the 45min classes when you have time, and use the 15min companion classes each day in between to help rebuild the habit of regular practice.
