I love this lineup for runners wanting to add some more cross training into their weekly schedule. It starts out with a full length cross training class and a quick MFR practice you can use pre-run. This is my go-to MFR before I go for a run, short but efficient. Then you've got a conditioning class to challenge the low body in some different planes of movement to keep those hips
