Connect to fascial health with a 3D approach using both active and more passive practices with MFR, yin, vinyasa and meditation. The first class will target the sensory nature of this tissue, then Tuesday rejuvenate your hamstrings with MFR and Thursday use held postures to leave a more profound impact on the hydration of these tissues. Wednesday & Friday target the myofascial chains and Saturday take a longer practice to target whole body mobility & hydration through easeful, fluid movements. The meditation can be used daily or at the end of the week to tap into this intelligent body wide system.
