This monthly dose takes a look at yin yoga to dissect how it can be helpful as well as when & how to use it. We’ll look at recent research and its implications in our practice, life & athletic pursuits. This video starts by looking at the main uses for yin yoga with supportive research and then follows with a few key points to keep in mind as you practice. We’ll talk on range of motion, athletic recovery, anti-inflammatory uses and new implications for arterial stiffness.
